1. Systems Engineer

   • Built custom internal software that saved the company $5,000+ (R82,200).
   • Rebuilt the company’s web storefront on Cloudflare DNS, cutting Largest Contentful Paint from 40 s to about 1 s.
   • Created Lightspeed POS and Shopify financial dashboards, and tools that inject custom apps into Lightspeed.

2. Infrastructure Engineer

   ·Pet Plus 2022 to 2025
   • Set up core IT infrastructure from scratch: internal systems, code repositories and Google Workspace.
   • Led the first automated synchronization between Lightspeed POS and Shopify, so inventory and sales stayed in step.
   • Negotiated partner API integrations.
